The CSC-300M cold spray machine is a more powerful machine than its predecessor, the CSC-280M. There is no difference in the control system between them, everything is as clear and accessible to the user. The power of the model is 3 kW, which allows the spraying of nickel powders. The increased power ensures stable operation and durability of the machine due to a more reliable power board. The model is also popular with service stations and repair shops. For less cost, you can get a gas-dynamic metal spraying machine that provides a complete process and high quality results. The CSC-300M’s easy set-up doesn’t take much time from the user. Infinitely adjustable temperature and powder delivery, allows the craftsman to achieve the desired coating quality. The powder unit is removable, allowing for quick powder replacement. The atomizer unit generates a maximum temperature of 600ºC, which is enough to work with most powder materials. The CSC-300M Cold Spray Metal Sprayer is not equipped with a reducer or moisture separator. When connecting the unit to a compressor, make sure that the reducer and moisture separator installed have a compressed air flow rate of 0.45 m³/min.
